I've been trying to cancel my insurance since March. I've sent a message to Gabriela and tried to call, but no one has answered me. I contacted Liberty Mutual directly, but they said that only the agency could cancel the insurance. terrible service! No assistance, do not help customers!
Horrible customer service. Don't answer the phone. Don't return calls. Thinking of changing my policy from Liberty Mutual to another company.
