As a new client I got great service. Very quick to respond however that faded as the year went on. I sold a vehicle and it took 4 months and 5 requests to remove the car from my policy causing me to pay months of unnecessary insurance. I had my homeowners insurance carrier send a cancelation notice and I asked for assistance. Ignored again. I would stay far away from this company. Multiple 1 star reviews in the last few months, the management team needs to step up and figure out a solution....

Never called me back. I waited on hold for 20 minutes and decided to leave a voicemail on 3/5 @11:50ish AM. If I were a new customer I bet they’d call me right back.
Jeffrey was so wonderful. Full of business knowledge, very personable and great communicator. Jeffrey responds very quickly and is very attentive to details. Satisfaction guaranteed. We couldnt have asked for any better or any more... Thank you Jeffrey. Oh, and i have to mention, he saved us a bunch of money. Definitely recommended
