We have been with liberty Mutual for at least 10 years. We have had no claims but I thinks its important for them to update good drivers with incentives. We also have our homeowners insurance with them. We have had good customer service.

We have had Liberty Mutual Insurance for cars and home, as well as dirt bikes for 14 years. They are reasonably priced for the coverage they offer. On the claims that we have had to recover i.e. loss wedding ring, and a dirt bike accident, Liberty Mutual has been quick to respond and generous with their reimbursement. Also, any fender benders or car break downs, again Liberty Mutual was very quick and very professional in dealing with us.

Keep away from these folks, After they take payment from you, when there is a problem or issues they are NOwhere to be found. My agent David T., I signed up with him in Fed 2013 for a new home mortgage. and in Aug Liberty Mutual sends me a check in the mail. I asked David why is the check refunded. he states that its because they could not verify that I lived at that location. After cancelling my policy in August 2013, they continued to bill my payroll department and money continued to be deducted from my pay check. They then sent my account to collections. They sent it to collections before receiving all of the payments they billed my payroll for. Money was still being deducted from my pay roll check when I received my collections notification. Horrible customer service. They bill you and send a deduction notice to your payroll after cancelling a policy and still send the balance to collections. ... read more

I have used them for years. Never a problem and service has been very good. Much better then American Family ( We had them at our lake house) ....not so good at the whole timeliness thing....If you have Am SCAM ...you may want to compare with Liberty Mutual. (Just one mans opinion it is your money!)
