Called my insurance adjuster to complete a collision claim and get a rental car. I am in Lubbock and made it very clear, yet my idiot adjuster sent my rental reservation to League City. I am now forced to wait 3 hours for a rental and miss work. We just switched from progressive and honestly I can say it was the biggest mistake ever.
