I dont know about this local branch, but same thing happening to me as all others, yet the national insurance org suggests "the top ins agency to work with"? You can get cards online and policy info as well..just like any company. Plus if u get a good agent on the phone he will do all you ask, except lower the rate to what was initially quoted. Mine went up four times in just two months, then they decided i need rental insurance, all the while, I kept saying no....they were charging me for it.

Was hit by someone insured with liberty mutual. Horrible experience driver was extremely under insured. Liberty mutual is not backing the claim.
DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE!!!!!! They WILL RIP YOU OFF !!!! They will LIE TO YOU SAYING YOUR PAID UP AND THEN HIT YOU WITH OH YOU HAVE A PAST DUE AMOUNT AFTER I PAID MY INSURANCE ON THE PHONE WITH AN AGENT !!!!! DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was shopping for car insurance and they gave me the best quote so I decided to purchase. I never got a confirmation of purchase, id cards, policy information nothing. Two days later they charged my account. When I called to try and get a refund they passed me around like a hot potato and hung up on me. So I called back and they put me in hold for over five minutes. I finally had to dispute the charges with my bank. Shady company if you ask me.
