Horrible, horrible company, I wish we could give zero stars!! We have been with Liberty Mutual since 2008, loyal customers. Well, we had the audacity to file 3 claims from 2022 to 2023 and they dropped us!! We had 2 tow claims and one my husband backed into our trailer. The claims came out to total no more than $2500 and we were to big of a liability. We, had been asking our agent to look at our premiums prior to this as we were paying an astronomical amount to cover our stuff, over $14,000. So, we moved all of our policies ... read more
