It’s funny how you say GEICO is cheaper than Liberty Mutual Insurance but I’ve been with them for years and Progressive Insurance is doesn’t even come close to how GEICO had stayed within the rates without increasing my premiums way further than progressive ever did and knock on wood at was without any accidents, driving records, etc…

1 star minus 10! Horrible!!! Liars!!! I found new insurance and canceled Liberty Mutual. They owed me a large refund and said it would take 3-5 business days. After not receiving in 6 business days, I called again and was told I would get it in the next 3 business days. Still did not receive it and called back again. Now they are telling me they have not even processed my refund and will do it "tomorrow" and it will take 3-5 business days to show in my account.
