We recently had a water loss following a major storm and discovered that we were vastly underinsured under our Water Backup and Overflow coverage. We have not worked in insurance claims and had no way to know what this would cost. Had we been properly advised about the costs of mitigation, reconstruction, packout, etc. we would absolutely have added more coverage to the policy. Please read through your policy very carefully as this agency removed my property damage uninsured motorists coverage without so much as a conversation with me. I assume it was done in error but they were unwilling to make it right. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Tim is a great insurance agent I've spent time with off and on . He has gone over any questions I had concerns with. He explains so well to the point of clearly understanding. This is the guy to work with. The agency is a brokerage so if you're unhappy with the insurance company, he will work with you to get a different company.
