Trying to get insured and was working with Lauren Linn. She doesn’t respond in a timely manner and doesn’t answer questions asked regarding the policy. Also, in the future when working with possible clients, maybe don’t respond with “kk” and stop using abbreviations “u” instead of spelling out “you”. Super unprofessional. Should’ve taken her advice and shopped elsewhere like she told me to do a week ago (when I asked her to look into trying to lower the quoted price a bit more).
Worked with Lauren L. she was able to get me my new policy and all my paperwork back sent in record time so i was able to pick up my new whip!!!!!!
