Nicholas moschetti is very unprofessional I’ve been trying get in contact with him for over a month he never answers until today and was very rude he supposed to be a broker for the company I work for and I’m a definitely let my HR rep know how rude he was do better don’t give out your information saying you can give a discount on our policy but never answer or return call.
Very Bad Experience I have a agent who ignores my calls I been calling for a while now no answer to my questions I have I wouldn’t recommend at all I need to find a new agent calling my insurance directly what’s the point of a agent then 🤔
Liberty Mutual was my insurance for auto, home and umbrella policies for over 10 years. My agent was fastidious when selling me the insurance, but as my premiums rose over the years, I was never asked or informed of alternate options or notified in advance of upcoming increases. More recently, my agent, who was part of my business networking group, left our chapter and proceeded to overtake our social media presence and lock the remaining members out.
