Customer service sucks. No call backs or follow up from anyone. I made a claim and I haven't heard back from them after almost 2 weeks. No one even called about seeing my car or anything. And the CSR is terrible. They couldnt help answer my question about my claim or give me another person to talk to about it. Will not be buying from them.
Colton was very helpful and listened to my family's needs. I was able to get the correct coverage, and feel taken care of!
