horrible insurance company. i’m not even a liberty mutual customer and i feel like i’m doing their job for them. someone hit me who has liberty mutual as their insurance and they are so unresponsive and not quick to do anything at all. can’t even give me a rental for the days i need while my cars in the shop and couldn't even settle the claim until a few months later leaving me driving around with my car damaged. so unprofessional and this is why i will never switch over to them ever.

ALEXANDER SINKUS: Fast talking, bait and switch, slimy salesman who make used car salesmen look like angels. He adds policies without telling you to gain commissions and incentives. Never deals with the issues that arise, blames everyone for the problems he creates when he is only concerned with his income. He literally added 4 new policies with no signatures and “forgot” to explain it to me and also forgot cancel the old ones.
