I just called your office twice and both girls were super rude they hanged up on me, I believe you have so much business that these two dont care to do a good customer service I just needed a quote I feel sorry for you guys
We were with Safeco for many years and then Liberty Mutual bought them out. Safeco was fine, always able to speak to an agent, never any issues. Now, I've been trying for days to get my new vehicle covered and I CANNOT GET IT DONE. I can't speak to a real person at Liberty Mutual...they automatically transfer me to "My Underwriting Agent"...whoever that is. It's not anyone or any company I ever spoke to or did business with. Extremely unethical -- Avoid at all cost Created some BS excuse about Roof Algae -- and threatening to kick me off my insurance. The Roof was fine per the expert contractor.. In any case I hired a contractor to clean the roof, spent $2000 and then I sent pictures as proof. One of the pictures had some sign of the recently wet roof. Without any notice they tossed me out of insurance for this flaky reason. And then I find out from the mortgage bank that they tossed me. Why are you still advertising in California? 2 years ago liberty mutual cancelled my umbrella policy stating they were no longer renewing policies in CA. Last year liberty mutual cancelled my auto insurance stating they were no longer renewing policies in CA. This past March I received notification liberty mutual would not be renewing my condo coverage stating they were no longer renewing policies in CA.
