Extremely unethical -- Avoid at all cost Created some BS excuse about Roof Algae -- and threatening to kick me off my insurance. The Roof was fine per the expert contractor.. In any case I hired a contractor to clean the roof, spent $2000 and then I sent pictures as proof. One of the pictures had some sign of the recently wet roof. Why are you still advertising in California? 2 years ago liberty mutual cancelled my umbrella policy stating they were no longer renewing policies in CA. Last year liberty mutual cancelled my auto insurance stating they were no longer renewing policies in CA. This past March I received notification liberty mutual would not be renewing my condo coverage stating they were no longer renewing policies in CA.
