Let me state from the outset that I do not know this agent so I have no idea of how good they are. However, they sell insurance from Liberty Mutual. And in case of a clam, they will not pay it but Liberty Mutual will. Or so you hope. In light of that, let me detail my experience with this company. Wouldn't recommend liberty mutual for anything
Absolutely the worst. If there’s 0 star I would choose 0. There’s only one person with heavy answers the phone, and she doesn’t have any ability to help with anything. Every 10 seconds she would say “hold on let me get the other call”. Come on Liberty Mutual, you can’t afford to hire another person to answer the phone? After charging so much money for insurance??
I would NEVER recommend to get liberty mutual insurance to anyone. I wouldn’t even give a star if that was an option.
