Wouldn't recommend liberty mutual for anything
Absolutely the worst. If there’s 0 star I would choose 0. There’s only one person with heavy answers the phone, and she doesn’t have any ability to help with anything. Every 10 seconds she would say “hold on let me get the other call”. Come on Liberty Mutual, you can’t afford to hire another person to answer the phone? After charging so much money for insurance??
I would NEVER recommend to get liberty mutual insurance to anyone. I wouldn’t even give a star if that was an option.
I have been with Liberty mutual auto/homeowner polices for 20 years. two years ago, I made a small claim on my policy for theft, less than $2,500.00. after 20 years with one minor claim my homeowners, insurance was increased by more than 150%! this year my auto policy was increased by138%! No accidents, no tickets, no claims, safety driving certificate, annual mileage under 5K, this is outrageous, why is the government allowing insurance companies to rip off the average customer. bye, bye Liberty you are ripping off the cons... read more
