Liberty Mutual is the worst insurance company out there. I would choose any other company out there. Claims is slow and they try to go the cheapest route available. You won't get your vehicle back for 6 months bc of their process. They are expensive and for the price you would think you would have excellent service and care. Thats not it, they take your money and run.
Do not go with Liberty Mutual. Go somewhere else. We found insurance, same coverage half the price. State Farm.
Horrible HORRIBLE insurance company. Rates went up nearly every month until I switched companies! The app won't let you do ANYTHING except view a portion of your policy and pay your bill. All-around terrible experience and do NOT recommend!!
If you asked me 6 months ago how I liked liberty mutual based on a total of 15 years experience, I would have said that they are good. I had them for about 15 years for everything. Then I went to other companies and was overseas and came back and picked Liberty Mutual as my auto insurance which was available with direct payroll through the firm that I work for. It was paid for by payroll deduction. They screwed that up. They blamed the firm saying that I cancelled it when it was really their system issues. I finally got that... read more
