I feel well covered and confident thanks to their support and guidance. The staff was friendly, patient and took the time to answer all of my questions.
During my visit, I was impressed with how organized and helpful the staff was. They explained everything in detail but kept it easy to understand. I’m very satisfied with my experience and feel confident about the choices I made.
I liked how they didnt rush the process at all. The policy explanations were easy to understand and they made sure I was comfortable before moving forward with anything important.
NOT WORTH AS THEY CHARGE THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS , MEANING THEY TAKE THAT OUT OF CUSTOMER POCKET. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVERY DEALT WITH , THEIR THREAT EMAILS LIKE THE POLICY WOULD BE FOREFIETED, CANCELLED , REVOKED OR CEASED , EVEN WHEN THERE ARE 14 DAYS LEFT FOR THE PAYMENT TO BE SENT , AND ALSO SOMETIMES THE MAIL IS DELIVERED LATE AND SO THE SAME THREAT EMAILS. I CAME ACROSS SO MANY INSTANCES WHERE THE PAYMENT IS ALREADY WITH THEM BUT THEIR SYSTEM DOES NOT VALIDATE AND THEN EMAIL THREATS. I HAVE NOTIFIED... read more
Definitely screwed me over. first they told me that I could change my payment date but when i did that it made me drop my automated payment which doubled my monthly. Then they said I needed to pay it by midnight Sunday and when I tried it wouldn't let me cause it canceled my policy early and now I have get a new policy and pay the whole thing upfront because its a lapsed policy that they canceled early and gave me bad information!
