After canceling my insurance because I live in California they sent me a bill for $350 when they canceled insurance 2 month ago. No more this stupid company
I just called this Company for an Auto Quote. First time, I got through all the automations, spoke to someone finally and she hung up (or we got disconnected) Tried again (benefit of the doubt) Spoke to a new person, I explained to her that I had a quote number from Liberty Mutual online and she says they do not work with Liberty Mutual. I asked her how that can be since their phone number is online under the heading of Liberty Mutual, she says "do you want a quote or not?" OMG!!!! Really?
The number attached to this business is a scam and is not Liberty Mutual. The person who answered said we won a gift card and was trying to get us to tell them our address before he would help us with our reason for calling!
