The sales person was polite but I don’t understand how the 100% loan approval works but still can be denied. I was already pre-approved thru their website with $1000 down on an $8995 vehicle. I was upfront that I had less than ideal credit from the beginning he said it would be fine The sales person also said they use your experian score so I checked mine and it was completely different from the number he said it was.
