They are complete liars. They tell you one thing in hopes that you do not read the paperwork and when you read it, it says something totally different. They force you to take the vehicle that they want you to have. They never submitted my title paperwork. When confronted, they promised it would be taken care of right away. 4 months later and still not taken care of and now the dealership is permanently closed.
