Idk what y’all are talking about. The mold adds to the comfort factor and the yelling in the parking lot and gun shots act as a nice bedtime story
This place is a total disaster. If it isn't an OD, a hooker, or someone doing the crack head shuffle in the parking lot then it's a murder or people fighting over drugs in the street. This place turns the water, heat and A/C off at certain times. The hotel has NUMEROUS health violations. If the drugs don't kill people, the mold on the walls or the HIV needles on the floor will.

The rooms ae very clean, everything looks newly furnished and remodeled. The place is well secured. If you are looking for a last minute stay and you are around the Dayton area, this is a great place to stay over. Everything in convenience, (Shopping centers, downtown, airport, etc.) Slept like a log at Travelers Motel North in Dayton!
