If I could give these lazy folks a 1 star, I would. They are the absolute worst when it comes to communication and handling of any concern. It’s like they secretly hate each other the way they don’t communicate amongst each other regarding their residents. These people do not care about anyone but themselves hence why their reputation is dragged through the mud. I've only been here for less than three months, and thus far, I haven't had a pleasant experience. I feel like they’re scamming people of their money. I filled my application early March for housing with the idea i will have a concession check of $1000. When I get there May 1st I was told since I was not physically move in the house during month of April, I can only receive $600 monthly as a part of their new deal they have for the month of May. Before signing a lease make sure you purchase a UV light and and annotate EVERY stain in your walkthrough. They charged us $600 to completely replace the carpet and for an odor barrier even though our dogs weren’t allowed upstairs. Turns out the carpet we had was about 2 years old, and the previous residents had dogs too. They are an absolute joke, take your business off base.
