The community appears to be vibrant and welcoming. From the moment I submitted my application until I moved in, the leasing team was incredibly helpful and friendly. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The property is well-maintained, and the amenities are fantastic, including the sparkling pool and tennis courts. The neighborhood is peaceful, and I feel safe and comfortable living here.
The neighborhood is well kept with attractive landscaping, wide roads, and a couple of small parks that are great for little kids. However, there are a few drawbacks worth noting — there’s no A/C upstairs, the community doesn’t have a pool, and the only available internet service has been fairly poor since arriving.
So far it was has been a great experience Gail and Hannah where helpful and responsive helped me all the way even when my first home fell through for maintenance issues. The staff was amazing.
