EDIT I'm bumping them to 5 stars, they earned it honestly. Housing has a horrible reputation but I think the Del Mar community is a hidden gem. Never had an issue getting someone on the phone, or with maintenance. We just did our move out process and we were terrified after seeing so many horror stories. Both the Pre Inspector and the Final inspector were great. 10/10 recommend this district if you want to move on base.
