Great experience they work to help with everything they can. The clubhouses are amazing and easy to maintain and pass inspections
If I could leave no stars, I would. These people are the biggest bunch of lazy crooks I have ever seen. Not only do they have flea, rodent, mold, and other massive health and safety issues that they never address they also do not even follow their own lease agreement. I lived in WM3 for more than a year and my dog was attacked 4 times in the "safety" of our own yard. 3 times by a neighbors dog (1 neighbor twice, and the other once) and once by a raccoon. Emily Cervantes was great when moving in! She was so thorough with her inspection and sweet and efficient with the entire process. 10/10!!
Delmar district is a great community with festive activities theirs always something going on not to mention property up keep is always a priority. I always see lawn maintenance and there is never curbside items out for excessive amounts of time. They also keep the houses up to date with annual and biannual house checks
We got to move in a week earlier than planned which was exciting! The house was clean. There were a few items that needed to be addressed and the work orders went in immediately.
