My mom recently had our home waterproofed by mark who ensured that there would be no leaks once the work was completed but recently my mom has seen water coming into the basement with all of the recent rainstorms. My mom has reached out Mark on several occasions and he is completely unreachable the line goes straight to voicemail. This work was supposed to be guaranteed for 25 years and it seems that mark is not holding up his end of the business deal. If anyone hears from mark please follow up on this review.
We hired Mark Nash to repair and waterproof our exterior foundation walls. This was an expensive project but a necessary investment. He was also backed by Yelp and at the time had good reviews so hiring him felt like the right choice. The work was done quickly and we were reassured that water would not enter our basement again.
