Witnesses are entitled to statutory fees per day that they testify in court. I followed up with Ash about this since I had to take multiple days off work to sit through his lengthy questioning. He was quick to answer the phone or reply when things benefitted him, but ghosted me when I asked about compensation and didn’t pay because his client lost the case. Sucks to suck.
