Quick, friendly service. No issues, topped up our fluids for free. Excellent quick service oil change!
Customer service skills could use some significant improvements. When I informed them I would be using a status card, they told me they’re unable to accept it as their system doesn’t have an option for it. I expressed my confusion with this as I was under the impression that it is a requirement annd I have never been told this from any business. Staff knows what they are doing. Technician I had did not push to buy anything additional and is very professional by giving good recommendations.
The only place I get oil changes at that I actually like.
