Orange Lock And Safe Store were so great with my finicky front door lock. Paul was on the phone for at least 30 min asking me questions and getting me to try a bunch of different things in order to avoid a service call. Mike was very prompt, efficient, and courteous. Cost was very reasonable. I highly, highly recommend Orange Lock And Safe Store to everyone in Orange, CA!!!

We recently moved and wanted to re-key our new place. Edwardo was very responsive on the phone; Mike came as scheduled; and everything went very smoothly. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and explained everything he was doing (including improving on the original installations). When I first saw the millions of 5-star reviews I thought "no way". But..WAY. John was friendly and funny on the phone making the appointment, showed up exactly when he said he would, did an awesome job in no time at all, and it cost exactly what he quoted me over the phone. This place is hands down the best locksmith in Orange, CA ! When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, "We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time." I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from Orange Lock And Safe Store. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. I'm right there with everyone else - Orange Lock And Safe Store absolutely deserves their great ratings. After I had my purse stolen - with wallet and keys inside - I was dreading having to call around and figure out a locksmith to come and replace my locks.
