Picked up my riding mower today, paid over $500 bucks for a service and a new belt. Get home and the mower won't start. Called Liberty, here's what I was told. If I could give this place a zero I would. Took my leaf blower in and told them the pull cord came out when we tried to start it. They were supposed to send me an email that this was the issue so that I could send it to craftsman so craftsman would pay for repair. They even stated they would let me know before doing anything to it.
