Great location, pleasant atmosphere, and a stunning view of the lake. However, the management is a nightmare. Yesterday, a woman literally shouted at me for sitting in the gazebo, accusing me of not living here. Even though she knocked on my door later to apologize, it left a really bad impression
While not a higher end condo complex, it's a fairly nice place and has some nice amenities. Units with a lake view are desirable for the almost resort-like vibe that condos surrounding the lake give. The residents are friendly and the shared laundry facility is adequate. Parking area crime has been reported, which is common in Federal Way.
