I agree braty..I have done it and I am on a campaign to equalize the balance. Glad I am not the only one sorely disappointed with new management..3 managements changes in 18 mos..they do not care for us..they care for money and I think the inexperienced lobby worker could take a class in customer service. They seem to have no power to authorize anything so they say. I am now requesting all requests and denials in writing..I am thinking class action suit??

to everybody that has a complaint about this complex needs to file a complaint with better business there are only three complaints filed they wont be looked into until we file the complaints and then go to the attorney generals office.. they do have guidelines to protect tenants ...if you have a mold problem go to the health department

I have talked to a few people that have worked, and work there now and the management is a joke. I went to look at renting a place here, and as I was being lead around a lady by the name Robin (the manager) was yelling at her office staff with not so cool words for a proffetional. That was one of the reasons that I did not rent there. after talking to the staff and a few people that lived there,at the time I decided not to rent.
