Helpful staff, good service.
The noise comes from the rear seat side, Driver side. It seems the plastic ball/screw, I don’t know what exactly, is rolling while stopping or starting or driving at the corners. It seems not a seat belt issue but the service technician said it comes from seat belt after checking for two days. I worked with Q and Max, and they were amazing—easy to work with, super helpful, and they made buying a new car incredibly easy.
I came for a courtesy wash and it took a while. When I got my car back it smelled strongly of the cologne of the guy who brought it out.
