Competent Service, though Overpriced Service Dept!
Best Kia dealership in the region — got the Kia Carnival Hybrid EX at the best price in the country! I spent a long time searching for the Kia Carnival Hybrid EX across the country — visited and called numerous dealerships, but nobody could offer a reasonable price. Everywhere they either inflated the cost or pushed unnecessary add-ons. Palatine Kia was especially disappointing — prices were unreasonable and the experience left a bad impression. Helpful staff, good service.
The noise comes from the rear seat side, Driver side. It seems the plastic ball/screw, I don’t know what exactly, is rolling while stopping or starting or driving at the corners. It seems not a seat belt issue but the service technician said it comes from seat belt after checking for two days.
