Very likely my favorite Kenworth dealer. Being from out of the area, Bill got my truck right in an diagnosed quickly and showed me the issues. The technician seemed very capable. Darren from the parts department got me a ride to the train station. Angelina was great about communicating updates and coordinated my pick-up from the train station. That's customer service!!
