Please don’t go here if you’re looking for help.Christina’s patients are not her priority. I ran out of my prescription, it was a new prescription that I was taking for a month or so. She told me she wanted to up my dose 20mg and she would send over the new prescription . I continued my 10mg until I ran out. Providers are great!! Receptionists never pick up the phone barely at all which literally makes their jobs harder. I leave a message and they never get back to me. They’re not busy as I’ve visited in person periodically and they just let the phone go to voicemail. Extremely unprofessional from their part please reevaluate your communication team as they have been having this issue for 3 ongoing 4 years.
The doctors are "OK" (mine would be late or take calls from a car which I found to be a bit odd but whatever), but the admin team are just unprofessional, incompetent, rude, do not communicate with each other and out right lie. Do NOT trust them to send a refill request or submit a claim in a timely manner. Actually, just don't trust them at all.
I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone, not to do with dr jay because I liked our visit , he was short and straight to the point, however the receptionist Melissa is extremely disrespectful and rude and definitely shouldn’t be someone taking calls on behalf of a company. I don’t think she understands the full scope of her role. I can guarantee that this company is loosing business solely due to her.
