The doctors are "OK" (mine would be late or take calls from a car which I found to be a bit odd but whatever), but the admin team are just unprofessional, incompetent, rude, do not communicate with each other and out right lie. Do NOT trust them to send a refill request or submit a claim in a timely manner. Actually, just don't trust them at all.
I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone, not to do with dr jay because I liked our visit , he was short and straight to the point, however the receptionist Melissa is extremely disrespectful and rude and definitely shouldn’t be someone taking calls on behalf of a company. I don’t think she understands the full scope of her role. I can guarantee that this company is loosing business solely due to her.

Very unprofessional and downright rude. Testing is not done properly and they did not truly listen when explaining symptoms I am experiencing. I made a virtual appointment with Alexia and she didn’t even bother to show, I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room before calling them and they had no explanation for the delay. Extremely rude over the phone and in person, in addition to being extremely unorganized. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Liberty intergrated behavioral health has been BY FAR the best mental health practice I have ever been too. I don’t really understand the negative reviews. I have nothing but good things to say about this place that I even tell other people I know that need help to come to liberty. To start - I wanted to say the founder of the practice , her name is Cristina Meehan is outstanding and extremely knowledgeable in her field. She has been my main provider for almost 2 years.
