LJ is a great salesman made the process feel very fast and stuck within my budget.
I had two awful experiences here for service. I was having a problem with my brakes and they charged me 5K for repair. It took about a month and I always had to call for updates and wait long periods without a call back. About a week later I was having the same problem. I brought the car back and they told me it would be about 3.5k. When I complained about it being the same problem as the first time, they told me a supervisor would call me. The worst place I’ve ever been—don’t come here.
I attempted to purchase a car with 3 different people at this dealership. I finally got connected with a very nice man named LJ. If you shop here, ask for him! He does what he promises and is very helpful!
I live in Plainfield IL and this dealership takes me over an hour and half to get to... BUT ITS THE ONLY ONE I'LL EVER GO TO! Joel is the sales manager and your guy, he works with you, not against you and is always willing to find options for you to get you the best outcome.
