Had a recall on my car serviced. My children’s’ car seats were removed (understandable) but then clipped in loose/unfastened and was never made aware. If not for my husband shaking the car seats after putting our 2 toddlers in I would have never known they were unfastened. It would not have been a big deal had someone simply said they were removed or even leaving them obviously unbuckled.
I called today and an angry lady answered the phone. She was not friendly or helpful. After scheduling an appointment, I arrived only to find some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There was no one available to assist me, and whenever I tried to ask questions, the staff seemed annoyed and even laughed at me. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
John Nunziata, the service manager, was professional, knowledgeable and very pro- customer. It was refreshing to go to a dealership and be treated so kindly.
