Called and left a voicemail, but I constantly have to look at your garbage as my window faces it and its ALWAYS a mess. You have garbage and recycle trucks come daily, often multiple times per day and its LOUD, but please, CLEAN. IT. UP. I'm getting privacy film for my windows so I don't have to look at it anymore. Have some pride in your building's appearance... yuck.
