If I could give them zero stars, I would. I made an appointment on line, giving my credit card (stupid me) and then waited to hear from them. When I didn't, I emailed them and got back a rote letter saying they would be in touch (NOT). At 8 pm last night, I received a text message saying they would be at my house at 12:30. So, me and the old hubby scurried around trying to get ready. Ready for nothing...they never showed, never called. So I called them.
