I bought a 2022 mobile home in March of 2022 and by November I was having problems. The trailer was sinking, it took Cedino Hunter Sr until November of 2023 to come out to look at the trailer and by that time the trailer had twisted and popped the floor boards loose the entire length of the house. Do not buy from Liberty homes. Waste of money. Second hand martial to build home. By the looks of the home it was built in a hurry. One side of the wall electric is Not working.
Refused to give any kind of information, but insisted they needed all of my personal information written down and put in a binder (probably for a scam later on). I am surprised they did not ask for my blood type or first born. They lost a potential sale. I am believing all of their bad reviews now.
