Called them three times to have someone come out to look at our through wall AC units. Each time they gave me a window of when to expect a technician, the technician never called me nor showed up. The service line person I spoke with both times profoundly apologized and yet it has happened a third time. Ridiculous.
Amazing service. The installation crew was efficient and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured everything was working properly.
