This is by far the worst insurance company I have ever used! They drag their feet in getting anything started. The employees don’t know what they are doing. Absolutely unprofessional. I would not wish this insurance company on anyone! Steer clear folks do not use this insurance! They tell you false information. I was told I was going to get check cut for my rental that I had to use then ten minute later told something completely different. Do not trust this company with your auto insurance needs. They SUCK!
Great price for what it is
If you have had issues with this company please report them to the Federal Trade Commission. They need to be investigated on a federal level! Cynthia Buckholz and Jamie Dupree are complete failures at their jobs. They disregarded all of the evidence that was provided to them and are guilty of a Bad Faith Claim. I have provided over 25 minutes of videos, 35+ photos, and security footage of the damage their insured caused to my vehicle and they blamed it on the age of my car.
