Rude and nasty
The facility was clean, the staff accommodating and supportive providing care for patients. Were there issues. Of course but they were handled courteously and professionally.
Not professional, inappropriate comments, being hit and slapped. Management felt it was appropriate.
As an employee, they CANNOT access anyone in Human Resources!!! You should ALWAYS be able to reach someone!!!!!!
