I hired these guys to re-caulk my bathrooms. Making an appointment over the phone was simple. Steve was the handyman who finished the job, and he did an AMAZING job - I'm a Type A perfectionist, so that says a lot about his work quality. He was also on time, pleasant, and professional. I will use this company again in the future and will recommend it to my friends.
The service was scheduled with no wait time. Pricing was straight forward and fair. They sent Jaime who was very knowledgeable and able to solve my two issues quickly and professionally. I have already scheduled for him to return to take care of some additional things. Liberty Handyman Services is a pleasure to work with.
Great service from the guys at Liberty Handyman Services for our window molding job in Hoboken. The work was completed fast, done well, and we received some of the most professional service we've ever had from a contracting company. Will be calling again for our next job!
Henry was on time and was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly. He warned me that the particular brand of my dishwasher has historically had problems with the drain pump. This is the second time my warranty company had to replace it in nearly 5 years. Overall, I was satisfied with the workmanship.
Amateur hour. Scheduled a plumber. Called the morning of the service date to ensure what time tech would be to my house as I had a 5:00 p.m. meeting to be at. I was assured he would be here "around noon". Texted twice around 1:00p.m. and 3 p.m. got no reply. Finally called around 3:30 and was told they scheduled a handyman, not a Plumber as if this was the reason for a no show and no reply.
