Their customer service stinks! I was urgently trying to reach my brother, who is a member there. He wasn't answering his cell phone. I called the front desk. He said he couldn't page someone for me. He couldn't even spell the name, "Ford." Then he lied to me, and said my brother wasn't there, when he was. It was an emergency, too. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Still the best gym in town. It's always clean, the equipment is well maintained and the partons as well as staff are all very nice.
Plenty of machines and weights and inexpensive.
$5 for a day pass is a good deal! I liked the selection of the machines and weights. I was there early morning around 5am though, I am not sure how it would be during peak hours.
