Was looking for insurance and Will Lyden was supposed to help us accomplish that. It quickly devolved into Will judging us and using racial slurs freely. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life. I’m shocked that this is the type of person employed by comparion. I thought this type of behavior was behind us as a country.
1 star out of a billion if I could. I’d give a negative star review if possible.
Honestly, if there was a zero or negative stars available I would give them that. Go through anyone else but these crooks. They jack up their premiums for absolutely no good reasons, they provide terrible customer service, and their claims adjusters are the worst to deal with. Worse than that, they are liars when you try and cancel a policy.
Julia is the best! She is always super helpful and communicative, and I have enjoyed working with her personally as well as referring people to her.
Jackson did a great job helping me shop for home and auto policies. He made the process very simple and stress free. I highly recommend Comparion insurance agency in South Portland.
