Exotic Wheel Boutique is top on the line! I've been buying wheels & tires from Exotic Wheel for about 5 years now and they always give me the best price. Best of all the service is top of the line. I just had them fix a bent rim for me. I went to 3 other shops and got 3 crazy prices from $125 to $185 so I figured it be better to buy a new wheel for $195 that my man Russ quoted me for a new wheel. Great Loss Recently, Euclid Vet Hospital lost Dr. Meyer to Cancer. I grew up with the Meyer family and played with their two daughters. This family loves animals and installed good pet ownership in me for all my pets. Dr. Grappin has carried on Dr. Meyer's legacy of care and compassion for all animals. I highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital 110%! Wonderful people who care!
just make sure to book ahead... I ended up making an appointment at another clinic because they were book throughout the entire week. However, I will most definitely bring my animals there in the future. Nicole was so friendly over the phone I immediately felt comfortable. I would definitely recommend Euclid Veterinary Hospital to a friend!
Old but Extremely Affordable Mosscliff Apartments are not the newest around. They are kind of old, but they get the job done. The four bedroom apartments have 2 smaller bedrooms and 2 larger ones. There are 2 bathrooms for all four to share. The appliances in the kitchen are old and out of date. The rent is dirt cheap though. The pool is decent. Towing is strictly enforced for non-residents.
Amazing Location The location doesn't get any better than this. Sip your beer while gazing out at the Manhattan Beach Pier and the masses of sunbathers, surfers, and volleyball players that stroll by. Shellbacks fits solidly in the "dive bar" category with tv's mounted in every corner and the sickly sweet scent of stale beer that adds to the general ambiance. If you want swank, go up the street to Towne. Stick around here for a good post-beach beer drinking hangout.
Beach Bar This is THE place to go after a day of volleyball or other activities at the beach. It's just a few steps away from the pier. What more could you want? The place is very small but usually everyone is friendly and rubbing elbows won't hurt. The food is pretty darn good - there is a large appetizer menu. Fun Shellback is a good place to go to for some good food and drinks. The bartenders are very friendly and the music (jukebox) is always loud and good. Gets crowded late at night though. The bathrooms need some work. Are usually swamped on weekends, the bathrooms (yuck) and the bar. PROS: close to beach, fun crowd CONS: gross bathrooms
Awesome Burgers! A good local hangout. Shellback is a good sports bar on Manhattan Beach Blvd. They have a large projection TV, which is great for watching football games. Overall the food is okay, but the burgers are awesome! I believe they use fresh hamburger (never been frozen) to make the burgers, which obviously make them especially good. Drive in restaurant The Stand is the best drive in we have visited. Food is a little more than at A&W, but it is worth it. Great burgers and root beer served right at your vehicle.
