Robin Baker was absolutely great to deal with! My son broke a handle on a dresser and I couldn’t find it anywhere online. I contacted Liberty and dealt with Robin. This bedroom set is 9 yrs old so I felt my chances of finding a match was slim. Delivering paper rolls they guys open 8:30 AM till 4 PM goes by employment only if they had time, they gonna let you in no washrooms
I purchased TEN chairs and TWO of them have already broken at the legs after 7 months of use. Poor craftsmanship, buyer beware. I invested a fortune in this set and it is disappointing that the legs are literally falling off the chairs when people are sitting in them. Dangerous and unacceptable given the price point! I purchased the bow back arm chairs in oak finish.
