Nice folks but have fun blind side backing
the worst place to order from! customer service sucks does help with anything. chairs came in broke after waiting 2 months more than we should have, then waiting for a month to get new ones and still waiting, called in and they was no help do not buy from then or get anything from them!
Y’all should be more careful who you let sell your furniture as AFA Stores and AM Home delivery & trucking are not only giving themselves a horrible reputation, but you by proxy as well. Our experience has been abysmal. This truly makes us question your business based on who you choose to represent you in the retail world.
You will be waiting months to get your furniture if you buy from this manufacturer. For example, I bought a round coffee table from one of their retailers in Bluffton, SC on 11/13/24 and have yet to receive the product. At first, my store rep was told it would be end of Dec, then end of January, then mid-March. The latest is maybe mid-April. Liberty has made no attempt to give us honest answers nor offered to buy it from another retailer who has it stock and ship it to me at no charge. So, here’s my bad review.
