Always a positive experience, even during what are usually frustrating situations. The competitive dividends on their accounts, are great, but what really makes the difference is the people/customer service. Justin at the 84th street branch, recently resolved a(self inflicted) issue with my debit card that was causing headaches for over a month. I genuinely wish I had know about this credit union sooner. I have had nothing but bad experiences at Lincone. Went into Liberty First to open a new account and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful they were. Justin Holms positive attitude was refreshing. I was informed of all the ways I could increase my credit, as well as other financially improving options, my previous credit union never bothered to help with. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. 4.5% interest monthly on a checking account, if you choose the right one. Not sure what more you could want
I've had an account with Liberty First for several months. I have 0 overdrafts, 0 late payments on anything etc. They still will not let me mobile deposit for more than $.01, because "they don't have that kind of relationship with me". I've never had a bank not let me mobile deposit. They also said they would call if there was an issue allowing mobile deposit. I went in 3 different times and was told this. Finally I called, and later got a call back telling me the above reason.
