Always a positive experience, even during what are usually frustrating situations. The competitive dividends on their accounts, are great, but what really makes the difference is the people/customer service. I genuinely wish I had know about this credit union sooner. I have had nothing but bad experiences at Lincone. Went into Liberty First to open a new account and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful they were. Justin Holms positive attitude was refreshing. I was informed of all the ways I could increase my credit, as well as other financially improving options, my previous credit union never bothered to help with.
