Justin and Tim were extremely great and easy to work with. Made the process smooth and got the job done right! Highly recommend using this branch and those two specifically for any loan needs.
Always a positive experience, even during what are usually frustrating situations. The competitive dividends on their accounts, are great, but what really makes the difference is the people/customer service. Justin at the 84th street branch, recently resolved a(self inflicted) issue with my debit card that was causing headaches for over a month. I genuinely wish I had know about this credit union sooner. I have had nothing but bad experiences at Lincone. Went into Liberty First to open a new account and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful they were. Justin Holms positive attitude was refreshing. I was informed of all the ways I could increase my credit, as well as other financially improving options, my previous credit union never bothered to help with.
