Jacob is fantastic. This was my first home purchase and he spent time on phone calls / video calls breaking down the different components, walking through option sets, and really listening to arrive at the best loan for my situation. In my case this meant considering upcoming construction for the property and tailoring my loan to truly save me the most money vs. simply locking me into the lowest quoted rate.
