Super unprofessional people, they do not repect anyone, never call you back, never return phone calls/voice messages. We worked with David Varn, one the irresponsible and unprofessional person I have ever met, or he was just being a racist since we have accent. I beleived to their google reviews which was 5star, but I was so mistaken and I do regret about it. Just waste of our time.
David Varn helped my fiance and I finance the purchase of our first home together, and he was an absolute DREAM to work with! He answered all of our questions, guided us through the process, and even helped us communicate with the other members of our team when we didn't understand something. I have nothing but good things to say about First Liberty Financial Mortgage out of Nashville, TN. David Varn was my lending agent and he answered all my questions and helped expedite our loan application to fit our schedule. He accommodated my last minute requests and I was able to close on my first home purchase smoothly. I strongly recommend David Varn and First Liberty. I would give more stars if I could.
We are loving our new home. Thanks to Brian I was able to secure what I thought was only a dream. I’ll never be able to thank him enough for getting me to this point.
