For a loan top up with my home loan took about a few weeks and Sarah was great at it very helpful.
Be VERY wary when using this bank for a home loan. Although they'll lend more generously, it comes at a cost. Besides the higher interest rates, if you ever try to leave, they'll delay your settlement by months, there's endless hidden fees and they make your life hell to get all the paperwork sorted. I will NEVER go back once I've finally left.
