We worked with David Renick and his amazing assistant Mary Peralta on a home buying process. They were both very professional and great to work with! They made our loan processing for a home ho smooth. 10/10 recommend.
Complete nightmare experience that lasted for over 50 days. Was pre-approved to refinance a loan at a lower interest rate then strung along the entire time before they said no at the end. Bad communication from Allie Wheeler who led us down this road. No help from her boss David Renick. They even made me pay a $600 appraisal fee and still turned me down despite positive equity of over $115,000 in our house, a credit score over 700, and good payment history with them.
