History Established in 2014. Liberty Family Physicians was founded by Dr. Henry "Hank" Emery, who wanted to give his patients a respite from corporate medicine's "physician carousel" model. He felt that by providing his patients more options for care and to be able to do that on-site, would allow them fewer co-pays, specialty office visits and ensure patient compliance towards optimum care.
